Paul Jeffries has more than 25 years of experience using sport to advance youth development, innovation, and social impact. He has built and led initiatives across the United States and internationally that harness football’s power to strengthen communities, expand opportunity, and create shared value for business and society.

He currently advises senior leadership at City Football Group and New York City Football Club, developing strategies that connect commercial growth with community purpose. His work focuses on building partnerships among governments, corporations, professional clubs, universities, and grassroots organizations to advance health, education, inclusion, and economic opportunity through sport.

Paul also serves on the U.S. Advisory Council of the Twinning Project, which partners professional sports clubs with prisons to support rehabilitation, wellbeing, and successful reentry. He is a founding board member of City in the Community Foundation USA, established in 2010 through a partnership between Manchester City FC and the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Washington, D.C.

He holds a master’s degree in Sports Management from Columbia University and is recognized for his work advancing sport as a platform for social innovation, community development, and positive change.
